Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Generate and qualify sales leads through various channels, including networking, cold-calling, seminar, marketing booth and online platforms
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and tender documents to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and handle contract negotiations to secure new business
- Provide support in managing and maintaining existing client relationships
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales and marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyze monthly sales performance data, identifying trends and providing forecasting and insights to the Management team
- Assist in setting sales targets and forecasting, and provide regular progress updates
- Provide training and coaching contents to marketing team to enhance their skills and performance
- Identify and recommend new product or service opportunities to expand the company's offerings
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales processes with operation team and formulate best practices
- Undertake other ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Management
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the technology or B2B industry
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
- Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Skilled in using MS Office suite, CRM software, and sales analytics tools
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Passionate about the EV Charging Solution industry and driven to contribute to the company's growth
