Our client is a Property Management firm located at Causeway Bay urgently seeking for the following position:

Job requirement for Assistant Property Manager:

• Degree holder in Property Management, Building or Real Estate Management
• A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in Property management
• To support the Property Manager in all aspects but not limited to the management and maintenance of the client’s properties
• To liaison between the contractors and tenants for maintenance and many other tenant issues at commercial properties
• Some technical knowledge and experience with regards to maintaining and repairing of commercial buildings

Job requirement for Loan Admin Officer:

• Degree holder with one year relevant experience
• Assist vetting of guarantee applications under SME Financing Guarantee Scheme (“SFGS”) and Dedicated 100% Loan Guarantee Scheme (“DLGS”)
• To review application documents, input and verify application data
• Fresh Graduates are also considered
