Job Description
Uni-China (Business) Management Ltd. Job Description
- Assist plan and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to drive performance and achieve business objectives with a passion for marketing.
- Develop and manage engaging content for marketing materials across diverse digital channels and social media platforms.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and advancements in Social Media to stay at the forefront of performance marketing.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including the trading team, new business development team, IT team, design team, etc., to achieve business and marketing KPIs.
- Partner with external entities such as digital media agencies to achieve media performance KPIs.
- Manage digital media planning, purchasing, and backend operations for platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ad Manager, including campaign setup and optimization when required.
- Prepare regular reports on digital ad performance, analyze data to extract insights, and provide optimization suggestions.
- Assist in copywriting and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Degree or non-degree tertiary education in eCommerce, Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing or eCommerce, preferably in Agency/ PR/FMCG industry. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
- Strong communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize and execute tasks, and streamline processes.
- Self-motivated, fast learner, able to handle multitasks/projects and meet tight deadlines, eager to learn new technologies/knowledge, and a good team player.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
