Our client "China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation" is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Hong Kong!

What you’ll be doing?

• Assist to carry out subletting for works packages according to company procurement procedure
• Assist to prepare tender estimates & budget
• Assist to procure construction materials
• Assist to prepare cost implication for compensation events
• Assist to prepare payment applications to the Employer / Client
• Assist to prepare valuation of subcontractor payments

Who are they looking for?

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Equivalent
• Minimum 2 years experiences in Building / Civil projects
• Good command of English and Cantonese (Mandarin would be an advantage)
• Candidates with higher qualification and more experience will be considered as Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor
