Are you looking to be part of revolutionizing online shopping behaviour and experience? We are a well-esteemed eCommerce company that operates multiple eCommerce websites internationally. We are now looking for potential talent to help us expand our new beauty business worldwide and to build brand awareness and sales revenue.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all online brand promotion activities, develop strategic Social Media marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and thus the revenue of the business
- Supervise and lead the team’s day-to-day marketing efforts, as well as implement Social Media marketing advertising and content strategies to enhance brand awareness
- Develop and manage both Paid and Organic Social Calendar to work on social media posting and advertising execution
- Create, edit and support the implementations of visual contents inclusive of a broad spectrum of different social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok and Youtube
- Establish Social Media marketing advertising budget. Work within the budget and revise the planned expenditure regularly to maximize the results
- Analyse social media campaigns efforts and results. Identify opportunities, and implement new procedures to meet acquisition, lifecycle, and brand marketing goals
- Work closely with internal Product and Business Team to drive new product launch, brand relationship and other digital communications.
- Monitor traffic and marketing KPI and maximize ROI across different social channels including but not limited to Social Ad Platform, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Twitter, in close collaboration with Business team
- Study the local market and the competitors to give insight on new and effective social media strategy to boost conversion
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Degree holder or above in Marketing/ Business/ eCommerce or related disciplines
- Minimum 3-4 years or above working experience in eCommerce, preferably in beauty and fast-fashion industry
- In-depth knowledge and experience with major social medial platforms
- Experience in content creation, copywriting or editorial is an advantage
- Experience in Korean branded beauty products will be an advantage
- Solid experience in online digital marketing, preferably in social media
- Strong analytical skills to drive marketing results, transforming data to actionable insight and recommendations
- Well-organized, detailed minded and able to manage multiple tasks
- Able to work independently and under pressure, as well as cooperate well with team and stakeholders to achieve company goals
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese
