Our client "China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation" is seeking an Estimator to join their team in Hong Kong!

What you’ll be doing?

• Responsible for preparing the tender documents for cost estimation and sub-letting.
• Prepare budget, forecast and financial report of the project.
• Attend tender interviews, measurement of works in progress & prepare final accounts.
• Collaborate with Internal & External parties for the tender support.

Who are they looking for?

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Quantity Surveying or Estimation in main contractor.
• Experience in estimating for Civil & Building Tenders is preferred.
• Good in written/spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel ,PowerPoint and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of  NEC /GCC/ HKSMM / estimates for Preliminaries.
• Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure.
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
