Duties

• Represent the Company for the Support Services Division
• Take accountability of the divisional functions which includes Building & Technical Services and Purchasing & Administration
• Decide business directions and define business strategy according to the divisional functions
• Play an active role in business strategy formulation and decision-making process to raise the Company’s profitability and performance by leveraging on technology advancement
• Manage relationship with customer(s), vendor(s) and stakeholder(s) to create value for the Company
• Be responsible for maximizing the profitability of the Company
• Initiate and execute corporate projects to meet the strategic needs of the Company
• Ensure operations are provided with the necessary resources and conducted in accordance with standards of the Company and the applicable state(s) regulations

 Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent with 7 years’ relevant experience of which 3 years management level
• Preferably with experience in sizeable firm; a background from aviation industry is a definite advantage
• A proactive and self-driven team leader equipped with excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Strong experience in contractor management will be a definite advantage
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
