Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team in handling accounts payable operations, including processing and ensuring payments are settled timely in accordance with the established policies and procedures, credit terms and internal approval limits
• Manage month end closing process, preparation of timely and accurate financial reporting deliverable and facilitate year end audit
• Prepare regular payment reports and reconciliations
• Perform other accounting duties and participate in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in accounts payable
• Holder of professional qualification of CPA
• Experience with SAP is an advantage
• High level of computer literacy in MS office and Exchange, advance Excel knowledge
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, team player
• Attention to details and good organizational, coordination and planning skills
• Good command of verbal & written English and fluency in Mandarin
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant
