Responsibilities

• Responsible for project’s P&L, provide regular performance reports and analytical reports to clients and management team
• Monitor logistics process, ensure timely and accuracy of orders fulfillment to achieve KPIs of the warehouse
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth day to day operation 
• Formulate policies and set operating procedures for inventory, warehouse and logistics management
• Set and achieve KPI agreed with the client and conduct internal KPI review regularly
• Streamline operations workflow to achieve cost effectiveness
• Follow up and make necessary recommendations on all existing, potential or renewal business
• Supervise subordinates in the team and perform personnel function in recruitment and appraisal
   

Requirements

• Degree or above in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in 3PL industry and subcontractor management; experience in fashion, lifestyle and apparel is an advantage
• Able to make sound judgments and decisions be able work under pressure and handle tough / complicated issues with flexibility
• Demonstrate strong leaderships with self-motivated, problem solving abilities and a “hands on” mentality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Candidate with more/less experience will be considered as Senior Manager/Assistant Manager role
