Demand And Supply Planning Senior Officer
Our client is a global leader in the travel industry, exclusively focused on airline amenity kits, cosmetics, and comfort items. They are currently looking for a Demand & Supply Planning Senior Officer to join the company.


Jobs Description:

• Define material and production planning for airlines, suppliers, and brands.
• Manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure adherence to production plans, timely delivery, and contract terms compliance.
• Facilitate support for new projects, launches, and rotation changes by managing product order schedules.
• Monitor product availability and daily operational activities; proactively identify and address shortages and excess stock risks.
• Track target stock levels for each product and airline to maintain expected service levels.
• Address slow-moving stock and implement strategies to prevent recurrence.
• Contribute insights for inventory budgeting through inventory projection.
• Engage in planning process and tool enhancements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain, or a related qualification
• Minimum of 3-5 years in supply or/and demand planning function
• Proficiency in data analysis and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to establish strong cross-functional and cross-level relationships.
• Basic understanding of sales strategy and brand positioning.
• Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Proficient in Excel, including Pivot tables, Vlookups, etc.
