Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts including financial reports, account reconciliation and schedules for month-end, and year-end closing
   
• Perform daily accounting duties including data entry, preparing vouchers, bank reconciliation, bank payments and remittance
   
• Compile financial statements for audit purposes;
   
• Handle Payroll, MPF and Annual Tax Return
   
• Support General Administration Affairs
   
• Perform ad hoc duties and/or projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• LCC Higher or equivalent qualification; 
   
• Experience in handling full set of accounts
   
• 2 years relevant work experience
   
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
   
• Work independently, well organized and good at communication skills
   
• Able to work under pressure and might tight deadlines
   
• Good PC & Excel skills and knowledgeable

• Immediately available is highly preferred
