Location: Cyberport
What this job involves
- Manage end-to-end event planning and execution, from initial concept development to post-event evaluation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand event objectives and develop event briefs
- Coordinate event marketing efforts, including creating promotional materials
- Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements for future events
Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications
Desired experience and technical skills
Required
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism and Event Management related disciplines
- Proven experience in event planning and coordination
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effectively working with stakeholders and vendors
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required
- Fresh graduate is welcomed to apply
