Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using web analytics tools, generate reports, and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify new opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
- Manage and create engaging content for digital marketing channels, including website, blog, social media, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as design and development, to ensure brand consistency and optimize user experience.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay informed about changes in digital marketing regulations and policies to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing principles, channels, and best practices.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and content management systems (CMS).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and project management abilities.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic graphic design principles is a plus.
