Responsibilities

• Provide all-round secretarial and executive support to General Manager in Procurement Centre
• Organize General Manager’s schedule, incl. but not limited to appointments, diary, expenses and travel arrangements etc
• Coordinate meetings including documents preparation, minutes and following up issues
• Handle business correspondence, reports, summarizing and analyzing data
• Liaise with internal and external parties on business issues proactively and independently
• Organize, coordinate and participate in events and meetings
• Undertake ad hoc tasks as assigned
  
   

Requirements

• Degree or above, preferably with formal secretarial training
• With 1-3 years' practical experience for providing secretarial / personal assistant supports to Senior Management, relevant experience in manufacturing / textile industry will be a definite advantage 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with different level in the Company and business partners
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Words, PowerPoint and Outlook calendaring)
• Detail and results oriented and able to work under tight deadlines
• Immediate available is highly preferred
