About GX Foundation:

GX Foundation was founded in 2018 in Hong Kong as a response to the Belt and Road Initiative for International Cooperation. It is a tax-exempt charity. The name GX is derived from the Chinese word“共享”, pronounced "Gong Xiang", meaning "sharing". Leveraging Hong Kong's institutional and talent advantages, GX Foundation is a unique non-governmental, non-profit organization specializing in executing humanitarian medical aid in foreign countries.

Our short-term objective is to complete the cataract blindness elimination projects in Lao, Cambodia, Djibouti, Mauritania, and Senegal, and to implement vector borne disease control projects in Timor-Leste and other Belt and Road countries. In the medium to long term, GX Foundation aims to become a humanitarian NGO of global influence in the international public health and medical aid sector. GX is headquartered in Hong Kong. Most of the staff are Hong Kong residents.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and secretarial support to directors including filing, answering phone calls, etc. 
• Manage diary, meeting schedule, projects and events
• Liaise with different internal and external parties to arrange various events/meetings
• Support on meeting materials preparation and taking meeting minutes
• Handle travel and accommodation arrangements, logistics and expenses claims
• Co-ordinate and manage internal and external affairs 
• Other duties assigned by directors 

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Putonghua,
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Able to demonstrate a high level of customer service orientation.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good PC skills in MS Office.
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
