Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage pre-sales and post-sales services of each contract;
- Participate marketing project;
- Maintain good relationship with customer;
- Assist scheduling jobs for internal department to meet customer expectation;
- Assist account department in resolving outstanding payment
Requirements:
- Higher diploma or above in business, testing or science related discipline;
- Good written English highly essential;
- Conversational English/Putonghua a plus’,
- Good telephone manner and customer-focus, and
- Well organized and able to follow through and work with minimal supervision;
- Knowledge of accounting appreciated;
- Candidate with less qualification and experience will be considered as Assistant Customer Service Officer.
- Immediate available is preferred.
