Job Description

What you'll do:

• Provide administrative support in government and consultancy projects: assisting proposal preparation, conducting desktop research, SAP system tasks
• Carry out seminars, study missions, workshops and exhibitions by providing event supports like assisting in procurement, speaker invitation follow-up, onsite management, handle enquiries, internal and external communication, logistic work and other adhoc duties when required 
• Support background research, trend analysis, news updates on the Health, Biotechnology, Medicine & Pharmaceutical industries 
• Provide clerical, secretarial, logistical support to the team, assist in coordinating internally and externally, keep record, help team document filing, document printing and scanning and database management, conduct quality check on the data/record/document etc
• Support ad hoc projects and assignments when required
   

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

• Bachelor Degree from disciplines such as Business, Marketing, Public Relationship, Project management and Health-related fields
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience and well organized with the capability to achieve multi-tasks goal
• Good interpersonal, communication and logical thinking
• Good command of English
   

Note:

2. This is a temporary position for a period of 12 months.

HKPC will take into consideration both the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the post when selecting the suitable candidates.  A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered.  The successful candidates will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
