Responsibilities:

• Assist smooth operation at service counter.
• Handle customer enquiries and administrative duties at service counter.
• Provide necessary repairing recommendations to customer.
• Provide repairing maintenance quotation and quality customer services to customer.
• Interest in Automotives is an advantage.
• Less experience will be considered as Assistance Service Advisor.

 Requirements:

• F.5 or above.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service field.
• Good problem solving and customer service skills.
• Good command of English & Chinese with good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Good PC skills (MS Office and Chinese word processing).
• Must possess valid driving license.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good team player.
