Your new role

• Provide administrative support for the Policy Servicing team
• Review and revise internal manuals, guidelines, and practices
• Assist in operational and project issues

What you'll need to succeed

• Fresh graduates will be considered
• Customer-centric and good communication skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin is an advantage
