Job Description

This person will be driving Workforce Management system strategies, new design and implementation, manage Time & Attendance process and system administration.

Working closely with Segment partners, Technology, HR, Payroll and external vendors, this person is responsible for ensuring upgrades and enhancements for existing systems including Kronos and SAP are planned and implemented properly, and to support in projects to drive Labor Reporting strategies, workforce processes checking and process improvement.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive labor system strategies, design and implement new tools to meet operational and business requirements
  • Drive process review on time calculations and system interfaces to ensure accuracy, efficiency and comply with company policy.
  • Drive insightful and interactive labor reporting, visualization and dashboard for business decision-making, strategic planning and other uses
  • Act as the primary key contact for labor systems interfaces, upgrades, fixes and enhancements with Segment, Operations, Technology & Digital, Human Resources, Payroll, Finance and external vendors.
  • Maintain close partnership with Operations teams, HR and Finance on scheduling, labor hour allocation, and compliance issues

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
  • Min. of 8 years of working experience in system upgrade and implementation, preferably in labor scheduling and systems related to frontline operations
  • Expertise in data analytics and BI tools, preferably in Excel, Access, Power BI, Tableau or any other visualization tools
  • Prior experience in leading a team with solid understanding in Employment Ordinance and compliance related processes and system impact, with knowledge in Workforce Planning, Time Recording and Scheduling Systems and HR Policy is a plus
  • Strong collaboration skills and attention to details
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English
