Responsibilities:

• Assist in e-commerce operations, including inventory management, order processing, logistics coordination, invoice preparation and customer service;
• Monitor customer reviews and feedback on various platforms and respond appropriately to maintain a positive brand image;
• Collect market and back-end data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information and pricing on e-commerce platforms; and
• Conduct quality control procedure before the products dispatched to our valued customers.
• Handle and manage offline store daily operation

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in business, marketing, or related field
• 1 years of experience in e-commerce operations and customer service, fresh graduate are also welcomed
• A good team player, hardworking, responsible and willing to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Chinese & English typing, Excel, Word
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese is required; Mandarin is a plus
