We are now looking for an entrepreneurial, creative, and passionate (Senior) Growth Marketing Associate - Content to join our team. As the ideal candidate, you will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be detail-oriented. You are a self-starter and team player able to quickly identify areas of opportunity to create content for the brand and increase scalability and effectiveness.

This position will report to our Growth Marketing Manager.

Job Description

• Create highly engaging photo and video content for Evergreen and New Products, Co-Labs, and Branded Materials across Ads, Web, and Social that align with the brand’s visual guidelines
• Able to identify value propositions and core messaging, and produce content that successfully tells stories to drive action.
• Utilize GenAI or other AI creative tools to enhance content creation and streamline the production process.
• Ability to carry through content creation from ideation to storyboarding to production
• Work with content creators and designers to create high-quality creative assets
• Work with other parties (internal/ external) to ensure campaign success and launch
• Be in the know of digital and marketing trends. Research new ideas and initiate new creative executions to elevate brand innovation
• Evaluate requirements for the campaign’s commercial success and brand storytelling, and create asset requirements and briefs for the design team
• Develop and coordinate A/B creative tests and support the team on analysis and scaling strategies.
• Evaluate what is needed for the campaign’s commercial success and brand storytelling, and create asset requirements and briefs for the project team
• Analyze creative data to provide strategic, actionable insights
• Hands-on experience working in a fast-paced direct marketing environment

Requirement

• 3+ years of relevant working experience (Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Growth Marketing Associate)
• Experience in Art Direction is a plus
• E-commerce, digital marketing, or agency experience is a plus
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong photo/video shooting and editing skills with a good art direction sense
• Strong sense of music and sound
• Creative storytelling that is consistent with CASETiFY's brand
• Good eye for aesthetics and understanding of design principles
• Positive attitude even under tight timelines
• Incredible attention to details
• Strong initiative, adaptable, and a team player
• Good communicator in Cantonese and English
• Organized and project management
