As C-MER Medical Group continues to grow and expand rapidly in Hong Kong and across the border, this job offers a unique opportunity for one to develop and mature rapidly.
We are seeking an experienced Executive Officer to join the Chairman Office Secretariat Team and work closely with Dr. Dennis Lam 林順潮醫生.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chairman to monitor the progress on key projects and initiatives and provide regular updates to the Chairman.
- Gather relevant information and data to assist the Chairman in making decisions
- To build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, internally and externally.
- Prepare draft replies for the Chairman’s perusal on various matters
- Responsible for preparing press releases and bilingual corporate communications materials.
- Assist in planning and coordination of meetings, including creating agendas, preparing minutes, reports, and summaries, as well as coordinating follow-up actions.
- Other duties prescribed by the Chairman, where appropriate
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, communications, or a related field. Possessing a master's degree would be advantageous;
- Experience in finance, investor relations or corporate communications is an advantage
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- High level of trustworthiness; ability to handle confidential information with appropriate discretion
- Willingness to travel to China when required (not frequent)
- Immediate available is advantageous
Skills:
- Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and strong financial acumen to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
- Ability to promptly adapt to market changes.
- Quick learner; good ability in listening, understanding and comprehension of new stuff
- Detailed minded; strong communication, human and interpersonal skills
- Good time management. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and balance competing priorities
- Innovative and creative; dynamic and self-motivated
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software(s)
