Key Areas of Responsibility

• Take lead to drive OEM suppliers to perform shipping activities according to Versuni's requirements for products sourced in Asia
• Manage carrier/service provider allocation & performance
• Conduct regular meetings with OEM suppliers and service providers to improve operational process
• Manage the shipment flow to ensure end to end service achieved with the best optimized cost
• Manage Team internal operation and ensure continuous improvement
• Prepare and follow up the invoicing and shipping documents to customer to ensure goods arrived on time in the DC w/h
• Lead to drive various logistics improvement projects 
• Focal point to key markets / supplier on all shipping compliance matters
• Ensure operational process are up to date to fulfil all these logistics requirements 
• Work as key user with the Global Transportation system for the site and able to provide continue improvement on E2E data visibility

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in shipping, logistic or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years of logistics operation experience
• Good command in English, Mandarin & Cantonese
• Responsible, initiative and able to work under pressure
• Fast Learner
