Our client is a renowned Real Estate Developer based in Hong Kong. 

* Hiring an Assistant General Manager/ Deputy General Manager to lead a team and provide leasing strategy for one of their projects in Hong Kong. 

Responsibilities:

•  Lead a team and provide leasing strategy and guidelines for leasing for shopping malls. 
• Build and maintain strong relationship with brands to negotiate new lettings and renewal of leases of assigned project.
• Excellent business acumen and commercial sense in maintaining an overall and holistic view on rental P&L management.
• Conduct market research and assist in trade mix planning.
• Closely collaborating with marketing and property management team.  
• Coordinate with other teams on project fit out, handover of renovation projects.

Requirements: 

• Over 10 years of relevant retail leasing experience in shopping malls with strong track record of high occupancy rate
• Conduct market research, analysing data, budgeting and compile different matters.
•  Familiar with commercial and leasing terms against the market and competitor's benchmark. 
• HKIS / RICS / General Practice Surveying or equivalent preferred
• Strong retail market sense and tenant connection
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English.
