Responsibilities

• Process sales orders timely and accurately as per the agreed services standards
• Process credit and debit notes timely and accurately as per procedure and guidelines
• Maintain customer master records in SAP
• Handle front-line customers' enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Ensure all source documents are properly filled and maintained
• Coordinate with Finance and Logistics to ensure smooth operations
• Promote LKK products through outbound calls
• Ad hoc projects as assigned by the Company

Requirements

• Completed DSE education
• 2-3 years of practical commercial experience preferred
• Disciplined, organized and can work independently
• Friendly and with good communication skills
• Proficiency in using PC application, i.e. Chinese Word Process MS Office
• Willing to work on Saturdays and public holidays by rotation
