Job Description

• Preparing, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and other legal documents such as license agreement, marketing agreement, artists and influencer agreements, service agreements with third party vendors, confidentiality agreements etc..
• Working with internal clients on contracts and legal documents review
• Conduct legal research as requested
• Provide translation on contracts/agreements where necessary
• Other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Requirement

• 4+ years of contract review and drafting related working experience in an in-house environment
• Degree/diploma in Legal Studies (degree holder in other disciplines with solid experiences in contracting review and drafting will also be considered)
• Well-organized, and excellent attention to details
• With high ability to work independently
• Proficiency with the use of Microsoft Office, especially Words and Excel
• Good command on both Speaking and Written English and Traditional & Simplified Chinese
• Immediately available preferred
