Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY: 

The Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting and assisting in the marketing planning & development to drive smooth operations of marketing milestones.
 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: 

 

  • Assist in preparing the seasonal marketing campaign brief, coordinate with markets for the campaign launch plan and consolidate the plans for global/regional.
  • Lead in regional media plan for both online and offline with media agency and track campaign performance on regular basis to draw insights and learnings.
  • Maintain the latest marketing calendar for the region.
  • Support the coordination of the marketing budget tracking/control/update on a regular basis.
  • Support in marketing research exercise on a regular basis.
  • Support GTM seasonal meetings and ad hoc presentations as required.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related fields
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in consumer-marketing or communications, or working in communications in a creative agency 
  • Knowledge of the various marketing operations and consumer experiences 
  • Strong analytical, strategic and organizational skills 
  • Experience working with global and international offices/partners
