Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for handling daily inbound operation, daily report preparing, transportation arrangement, billing and filing.
2. Communicate with internal & overseas customers to ensure a smooth running of the process;
3. Assist to solve customers issues.
4. Handle complaints and develop corrective measurement;
5. Import Declaration

Requirements:

1. Form 5 / HKDSE or above
2. Minimum 1 years of working experience in airfreight industry
3. Good command of English & Chinese, good spoken Cantonese and Mandarin
4. Independent strong personal motivation and well disciplines
5. Responsible, self-managed and willing to work on Saturday AM every other week
6. Good computer skill on Excel, Word and PowerPoint etc.
7. Good analytical mind and commercial sense
