Major Responsibilities:
- Prepare weekly cashflow forecast to support management decision-making
- Co-ordinate the budgeting process and provide variance analysis across business units and departments to management on a regular basis
- Co-ordinate the KPI and BPI review process and other performance metrics
- Assist and support the preparation of management reporting, as well as the management presentation
- Co-ordinate and execute corporate finance related assignments, such as planning in holding structure etc.
- Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, financial modelling.
- Handle day-to-day finance operation, such as the preparation of compliance documents.
- Assist in process improvement and develop internal policies, guidelines, or procedures to enhance finance operations.
- Participate in the digital transformation projects
- Assist in Financing activities
- Monitor the financial data to ensure the data integrity
- Perform other ad-hoc duties if necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor in accounting or finance, with HKICPA or equivalent qualification is an advantage
- Minimum 3 years’ experiences, preferably with experience in family office, corporate finance, and / or statistical analysis and financial forecasting
- Proficiency in MS Office application, especially strong in PowerPoint, Excel, VBA or PowerBI is an advantage
- Good command on both written and spoken English
- Attention to detail and Able to work independently with strong analytical mind
- Proactive, problem-solving and strong team player are essential attributes
