Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving strategic objectives per customer – ie Net Revenue, Gross Margin, Trade Spend.
• Monitor and provide analytical support to the Key account Manager for the channel dynamics as the source of new shoppers insights, competitive strategies and effective portfolio brand management for the customer.
• Working with the Key Account Managers to ensure sales promotional guidelines and category strategies are planned and executed in-store excellent.
• Handle key customer projects (including new product launch, thematic promotions, category projects) and ensuring successful implementation.
• Maintain customer relationship, provide total solution and extend business network.
• Assist in daily KA operations (administrative support & orders handling).
• Support on internal sales data reporting, sales forecast and reporting on competitive information.

 Requirements

• Degree/Higher Diploma or above in Business Studies, Marketing or related disciplines.
• A minimum of 1-2 years experience with knowledge of key account management / key channels structure.
• Experience with key international or local retailers.
• Experience of influencing and engaging key figures in customer organisations.
• Strategic thinking, proactive, self-motivated, creative and be a team player.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Good writing and speaking skills in Chinese and English.
