Job Description

We need a smart Customer Service Executive / Assistant like you to join us - an Asia Pacific's Precious Metals Leader!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Inquiry Management: Address customer inquiries across various platforms professionally and efficiently.
  • Service Excellence: Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service, ensuring thorough product knowledge and support.
  • Operational Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless operations, ensuring customers receive timely updates on orders and shipments.
  • Project Engagement: Participate in ad-hoc projects to enhance the customer service department's contributions to the company's success.

Your education is important.  Your experience is important.  But they are not as important as your talent!

If you are:

  • Educational Level: Diploma or above.
  • At least 1 year or above of working experience in Customer Service, Front Desk, or Call Center is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Strong coordination and organizational abilities to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and systems to manage inquiries and track customer interactions.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications for documentation and data management.
