Job Description

We are now looking for high-caliber candidates to join our dynamic team.
Job Duties:
- Work closely with the Marketing Lead to develop, plan, and formulate effective marketing tactics, strategies, campaigns & events with the alignment of business and branding objectives.
- Create and implement strategic marketing initiatives and campaigns to drive Student Placement and IELTS businesses through digital marketing channels.
- Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEM, social media, KOL, KOC, YouTube, and content marketing).
- Communicate with potential KOL, KOC for potential partnership, coordination and execution of promotional campaign.
- Manage digital media planning, purchasing, and backend operations for platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ad Manager, including campaign setup and optimization when required.
- Partner with external entities such as digital media agencies to achieve media performance KPIs.
- Prepare regular reports on digital ad performance, analyze data to extract insights, and provide optimization suggestions.
- Assist year-round events operations (coordinate vendors, event production, schedule, logistics).
- Maintain good relationships with internal and external parties in order to tailor-make different events for different destinations.
- Provide assistance on ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree holder or above in Journalism & Mass Communications, Marketing, Multimedia or other related disciplines;
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in digital marketing.
- Passion for winning, creative, strategic/conceptual thinking, collaboration, ability to problem solve, result and data drive, and action-oriented.
- Good knowledge of the online marketing landscape with hands-on experience in SEM & SEO and Google Analytics 360 Suite (Analytics & Tag Manager)
- Hands-on experience in the latest digital and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WeChat, RED, etc.)
- Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop) will be a plus and web analytics, SEO and SEM preferred.
- Have a solid track record of successful brand management and/or marketing campaigns that generated new opportunities.
- Good communication skills, including excellent skill in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Experience in digital marketing agency is a plus.
