The role:

IT Infrastructure Support

• Monitor and support the daily operation of the IT infrastructure 
• Perform daily health checking of IT network infrastructure, computer equipment and data centre facilities 
• Provide non-office hour network and server support 
• Assist superiors to install and maintain IT system and servers 
• Manage daily data backup 
• Update security patches for servers and computers 
• Assist superiors to upgrade IT system hardware and software 

User Support

• Attend both office and non-office hour helpdesk calls 
• Replace computer hardware and software 
• Resolve users’ hardware and software issues 
• Perform regular checking of computer hardware and software 
• Create, modify and delete users’ account 
• Update security patches for users’ computer 

Skills and attributes:

• Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Networking or related disciplines 
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows 
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving the users’ computer problem is preferable
• Good technical skills on PC and server support 
• Good communication skills, a team player
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Fresh graduates are welcome
