A global telecommunications company is hiring a graduate level infrastructure engineer. This is a great way to begin a career in infrastructure.

The company will invest in training the successful candidates, the successful people need to have a great attitude and an interest to learn.

These Operators will work L1 support including backup, monitoring, password reset, system health checks, identifying system outages etc. Once an incident occurs, they'll need to create a ticket, mark the severity, and either resolve it or escalate onto the technical team members.

The successful candidate will be joining a team of 15 people and the person will be required to work in the 24x7 roster including night shifts.

The ideal candidates have:

• 1/2 year experience related to IT support / operations (open to fresh graduates)
• IT background and/or diploma
• Able to work 24 x 7 roster
• Cantonese
