Responsibilities:

• Build and expand a client base through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities
• Provide sales advice and guidance to clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring regular communication and addressing their inquiries and concerns
• Actively follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and support
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales or account servicing roles, with a track record of building a client base
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
