About the job: 

• Lead a team to develop marketing campaigns, promotion activities and events on both offline and online channels
• Drive collaboration with internal and external parties to develop instore POSM, TVC or other trade marketing materials, to ensure the delivered campaigns can meet the budget, time-line, and quality objectives in alignment with business strategy
• Formulate the marketing strategy and manage the A&P budgeting
• Cooperate with media and agencies for media planning and buying

What we look for? 

• University graduate in Marketing or related disciplines
• 6-8 years working experience in marketing, preferably in retail or FMCG industry
• Dynamic, creative to cope with fast-paced working environment and able to work under pressure
• Possess excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Excellent command of English & Chinese with strong interpersonal skills
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Marketing Manager
