Job Responsibilities:

• Overall arranging trip ground handling; dispatching and monitoring managed corporate aircraft in Operation Control Center (OCC)
• Responding to clients instantly to manage trip requests and other inquiries
• Ensuring flight and duty times are planned and conducted within the limits of the FTL scheme in GOM
• Performing Flight Risk Analysis to ensure flights complied with Company Safety Policies
• Dealing with international aviation regulatory bodies on permit, visa
• Flight Planning
• Post-flight log validation and consolidation
• Assisting to maintain operations library

 Requirements:

• Proven experience in flight operations essential, preferably in business aviation
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Self-motivated with great initiative, well organized and detail-minded
• Good team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work under high pressure and on shift
• Flexible to either Work from home or work at the office as required by the Management
