Responsibilities

• Assist the team to implement segmentation marketing to drive acquisition, retention and engagement
• Create compelling and high-quality content that aligns with our brand's tone and values
• Expand our network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and maintain strong relationships with influencers in beauty industry
• Work close with operations, creative and project management office team

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• 3 years + relevant experience
• Experienced or passionate in Beauty industry
• Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
• Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
• Good computing skills
