We have 9 distributions centres and 11 Customer Care centres who work with in 11 different languages and are available 24/7, 365 days a year.

The team are now seeking a talented Pack Coordinator to join the team. This role will pack all the outbound orders and the orders need to pack with a high level of care and accuracy also within the identified service level.

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

• Ensure that the packing orders meet the company standards and deadlines
• Carry out problem solving for the problematic orders
• Lead the team in demonstrating a high degree of care and accuracy
• Ensure all new and existing colleagues are trained in best practices and safe working practices
• Work closely with manager and other teams

• Solid experience on picking and packing orders
• Proven experience on leading teams will be in advantage
• Good communication skills
• Team player
• Fair knowledge of written English and Chinese is must
• Proactive and energetic

Working Hours:

• 8:00am – 8:00pm (on roaster - 4 days on and 4 days off, with 1.5 hour break)
