Our client is a sizeable architect & design firm located in Tai Koo MTR now looking for suitable candidates to join their team.

Job Description:

• Handle computer operation duties such as trouble-shooting, PC operation, etc.
• Perform helpdesk support queries and computer operation duties for end users
• To prepare, install and manage equipment such as desktop PCs, laptops, printers, and audio/ visual equipment
• Provide an excellent level of IT support to all business units
• Manage application and licenses assignment
• Data Management and house cleaning

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in IT discipline
• 3 years’ experience in IT operations
• Working knowledge in configuration and support of Windows 10 and MAC IOS
• Strong analytical and problem resolving skill with good sense of risk management
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Be able to learn on the job
