Your role:

• Carry out field installation/ maintenance services for on-street Parking Meters
• Follow procedures as documented in the Quality Management System
• Ensure the service meets customer's requirement and Company standard, also collect customer's feedback to field supervisor for improvement actions
• Liaise with other internal working parties to solve any problems during service provision
• Assist the depot / workshop in carrying out service orders / reports or store activities when required
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

To succeed in this role:

• Form 5/ DSE graduated or equivalent education
• Possess driving license will be an advantage
• Experience in fiber optic and Wi-Fi services will be an advantage
• Knowledge in telecommunication services is preferred
• Customer-focused, independent with good problem-solving skill
• Shift duty is required
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Technician
