Job Description
Uni-China (Business) Management Ltd. Responsibility
- Act as business partner to oversee the business with full P&L responsibility, sales & marketing strategy formulation and implementation, identify business opportunities and risk
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support business decision-making, including pricing strategies and investment opportunities
- Work with business unit closely to monitor business performance, and formulate action plans to achieve business goals to maximize profitability and driving sustainable business
- Analyze and present regularly on business performance with actionable insights to business unit head and Chairman, finally turn into actions
- Work with corporate functional teams in order to achieve business goals
- Assist in building up new operations and formulate operations plan to ensure successful opening within the required timeline and budget
- Enhance current Standard Operations Procedure (SOP) to ensure sufficient business control is in place
- support on ad-hoc requests
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus
- Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, preferably in the property or investment industry
- Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis using spreadsheets and financial software
- Numerical competent, be scientific and sensitive in numbers
- Manage multiple stakeholders to produce an outcome within agreed deadline
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong business acumen
- Good communication & interpersonal skills in spoken & written English and Chinese
- More experience will be considered as Business Control Manager
