Job Responsibilities:

• Managing operations with operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, mobile devices, laptops, desktops, virtual machines, virtualization infrastructure, cloud, software and hardware
• Managing and liaising with various vendors for hardware and software to resolve enquiry or implement project
• Monitoring and test the network performance
• Backup and recovery for critical systems and support on data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
• Support and manage various infrastructure components like Windows, Linux, Wifi, LAN / WAN / Internet, databases, routers, firewalls, wireless and other networking equipment
• Responsible for maintaining and setting-up the infrastructure and network for APAC offices and providing necessary support to ensure the availability and reliability
• Manage different servers in physical and cloud with monitoring the operations and patch management 
• Responsible for VMware virtual environment set up and daily maintenance
• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair and be a administer to local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), VPN, computer workstations, connections to the Internet and peripheral equipment, local and cloud
• Deliver IT support to end-user, addressing and resolving enquires on a timely basis

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline
• Minimum 6 years of relevant IT work experience in networking, service desk and security
• Holder of CCNA or higher certificates is an advantage
• Rich experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools (e.g. Azure Log Analytics, Netflow, Splunk, etc.)
• Hands-on knowledge and experience in database management, includes physic server and cloud (Azure or Oracle)
• Excellent command in written and spoken English and Mandarin
