Job Description
Head of Platform in Lever Style (Hong Kong stock exchange code 1346) is at the helm of a multifaceted role combing the responsibilities of digital transformation, business development, and sales operations. This dynamic leadership position demands a strong external persona and a deep customer focus to strategize, execute and drive growth, expansion, and innovation in global market. From formulating strategic directions to ensuring commercial excellence and fostering innovation, the incumbent plays a pivotal role in steering Lever Style growth trajectory in future.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Spearhead and lead large-scale organizational change initiatives aimed at transforming the B2B business model to online platform, to adapt to market shifts, technological advancements, and strategic imperatives. Oversee the digital transformation roadmap, driving the implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions to automate apparel supply chain and enhance brand customers and factories engagement.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to align strategic initiatives, prioritize growth areas, and expedite expansion into new regions for both apparel brands and factories.
- Stay abreast of disruptive technologies and emerging trends, integrating innovation seamlessly into strategic plans.
- Oversee all commercial operations, including sales, marketing, and pricing strategies, with a focus on achieving revenue and profit targets. Cultivate and nurture high-performing sales and business development teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of compelling value propositions, offering roadmaps, and connected solutions tailored to key brand customers and factories in different markets.
- Collaborate closely with Head of Digitalization & Data to ensure successful new product introductions and optimize product lifecycle management.
- Drive strategic demand generation initiatives, develop robust ROI models for marketing investments, and facilitate sustained pipeline growth. Oversee digital customer marketing efforts and implement effective go-to-market plans to maximize market penetration.
- Champion a culture of innovation and agility, fostering experimentation, rapid iteration, and continuous improvement in digital initiatives.
CANDIDATE SPCIFICATION:
- MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
- Fifteen years experience in a combination of business leadership and transformation, consulting, corporate strategy, and in-house corporate development roles.
- Strong background in B2B environments, including internet, software, technology, manufacturing, or telecommunications industries.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, market expansion, and successful service product introductions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at varying levels across the organization.
- Adaptive to the Company’s evolving needs as it continues to experience exponential growth and strategic pivoting.
- Strong leadership, change management capability and people management skill.
