Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Management, Finance, Information Technology and related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of trade finance products development experience, or relevant experience in banking, FinTech or e-Commerce industry
• Good communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience in customer handling will be an advantage
• Strong entrepreneurial streak with a blend of technical and business savviness
• Digitally savvy with a mature mentality in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Innovative, self-motivated, business value-oriented and be a good team player
• Good command of both verbal and written Cantonese, English, Mandarin

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead & drive the product management activities, including product enhancement programs, new product introduction, and portfolio management for Primary products
• Plan & execute the project development and capture the new business opportunities in specified market segments
• Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trend of focused applications, customer requirements, and competitor activities
• Analyze the market intelligence and formulate the product marketing strategies to meet sales targets
• Closely collaborate with factories, sales & marketing team and overseas business partners, to ensure effective communication throughout business development process.
