Job Responsibility

•           Provide all rounded support for efficient business operation.

•           Assist to execute marketing campaigns and business events.

•           Handle host manpower recruitment

•           Liaise with related business parties, establish and maintain close relationships as necessary.

•           Manage results in database

•           Assist Project Manager to supervise the teams and ensure the smooth running of operation.

•           Perform ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirement

•           Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

•           1 - 2 years relevant experience in marketing, event management or related industry.

•           Fresh graduate will be also considered.

•           Good communication skills with analytical mind

•           Can work independently and under pressure

•           Sensitive to numbers, detail-minded.

•           Proficient with Powerpoint, Word and Excel

•           Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

•           Willing to learn attitude and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.

•           Willing to work flexible shift hours (including night shift) and days, including Sat/Sun and Public Holidays.

•           Immediate availability is preferable.

•           Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Project Executive
