Are you ready to stand out among the next-generation of hospitality leaders? We are looking for Guest Services Officer (Overnight) at Front Office Department:
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet all arriving and departing guests in a courteous manner and check them in and out efficiently according to established procedures
- Sell rooms in a manner designed to maximize revenue and occupancy with guest satisfaction
- Proceed payment and billings
- Handle and provide solution to any guests' concerns and requests independently
Job Qualifications:
- Experience in hotel Front Desk operation in an upscale, deluxe hotel is preferred
- Certificate in hotel management or related disciplines preferred
- Excellent command in English, Cantonese, Putonghua and any other language would be an asset
