We are currently looking for a System Analyst, Financial Consolidation & Control to manage the Finance System of the Group.

 

As a System Analyst, Financial Consolidation & Control, we will rely on you to:

  • Perform data mapping, integration and reconciliation between systems
  • Provide technical support to users on various financial systems
  • Coordinate with external vendors for any system patch release and/or new financial system
  • Coordinate with different stakeholders for system administration including assign access rights, maintain system security, create and maintain chart of account
  • Assist in monitoring any project status, rollout plans and provide weekly status update
  • Prepare project documentation including business requirements, business flow diagram and user manuals
  • Assist in User Acceptance Test, and provide support and training to end-user
  • Assist in planning and coordinating any ad hoc projects and requests

 

We are looking for someone who has:

  • University graduate in Business Administration/Information Systems or related disciplines preferred
  •  1-2 years’ working experience in any financial system is preferred
  •  Experience in using HFM/ Infor Sun Systems / TM1 is preferred
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  •  Knowledge of VBA / SQL is a plus
  •  Self-motivated and able to demonstrate ability to multi-tasks and work independently
  •  Good communication, organization, and analytical skills
  •  Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  •  Fresh graduates are welcomed
