Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing CRM campaigns including recruitment, engagement, retention, and reactivation programs to drive sales
• Assist in developing and executing lifecycle communications experience across multiple channels (web, app, social, email, etc.) to elevate customer experience
• Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure timely and smooth delivery of CRM and digital campaigns. 
• Support customer behaviours analysis, monitoring campaign performances and report generation on regular basis.
• Explore potential partnerships with new and high potential client recruitment.
• Support CRM system projects
• Experience in Loyalty, MGM, UGC program is advanced 
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Business, Retail Management, Communications, Marketing, E-Commerce or related disciplines
• 1 to 2 years’ experience in CRM
• Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies to drive commercial growth
• Strong analytical skills with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good spoken command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Strong team player with ability to work independently
• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in Emarsys are Bonus         
• Immediate available is preferred
